Does anyone know what Marvel Mystery Oil is composed of? I've heard of people putting it into their oil sump, carb damper, and fuel tank, just to name a few. Is this stuff just "snake oil" or does it

I don't know what's in it, just like I don't know what the recipe for Coca Cola is, but they're both older than the hills and I like 'em both. I drink the coke and my old LBC's drink the Mystery oil.

Can't help with Mystery Oil, however, I do have experience with Restore. Add it to the oil in '94 Buick (103,000 miles) every oil change. I use Castrol 20-50 oil and change oil every 3 months. Prior

Reid, I'm 66 now and it was around before my time, as a kid we added it once in a while with the oil, as a additive, on occasions poured it down the carb throat like the other product of those days "
