- To List, I have recently found a business that sells carb rebuild kits for the 44PHH's. However, this dealer said that his kits will only work for the European Solex's and NOT the Japanese Mikuni 44P

- 44PHH really just means 44mm twin choke side draft. There at least two completely different carbs that carry that designation. The Solex's I have seen had no parts interchangeability with the Mikuni'

- Mikuni were/are license-made Solex carbs. There were 2 different types of Solex side draft carbs in Europe. Italian and German. The German type is the one with most similar details to Mikuni/Solex bu
