Put the slave cyl on BEFORE the engine/trans slide all the way in. Starter too. Everything else can go on after it's in place. As for the motor mount...... Bolt the mount to the body on the steering

isn't it easier to put the fuel line in with the engine / gear box out? brake and clutch run up over the battery area they are easy to fabricate and put in with exception of the brake pipe thar runs

Thanks for all the replies thus far. I will plan on installing the brake lines and fuel line, the original fuel line seems just fine (cleaned it a bit) and that'll help, I won't have to bend a new on

I recall you saying you had new head studs. If so, double nut them and torque them down once, this will torque them to the block. (before the head goes on) Once the head is on, torque them in sequenc
