Ulix It is definately tight with the 5 speed. I have pulled my engine 1/2 dozen times but left the 5 speed in the car, much easier this way. I would advise fitting the engine to the gearbox out of th

You are right that you would need to lift up the engine (and dent the bit that gets dented beneath the heater case) to get the pulley on again and it would also be difficult to get it torqued up. Un
