The 2000 has a 3.7 rear end The 1600 has a 3.9 read end Difference is 5%. So rather than cruising at 4,000 rpm with the 3.7 rear end, you'll find youself at 4,200 rpm. Not much of a difference, shou

The Chevy motor in the 70 1600 is actually a 2.8L V-6. It's the same motor that was put in quite a few 3rd gen camaros and also the S-10. I don't have a web-site, but if anyone wants motor pictures,
