I purchased my car with Michelin XZX 165-R13 (NLA) on stock rims and they worked just fine (plenty of clearance) unless you really wanted GRIP (they squealed nice though). I then switched to 13X5.5"

Nice post Jackson! One of the nice things about a RWA Spridget is that you can use 185/60 tires on 13x6 Vega GT wheels (cheap!) and only need a couple of thinnish spacers up front. No mods needed in

Can you really get 185/60's on without any flares? Mine has 205's on what I think are 6" (but may be bigger as I have never had tires off the rims) and there is no way that they will fit under stock

I have a '59 bugeye and am going to buy mags shortly. Tire recommendations are 145's or 155's for the 5" wide rims. But what other dimensions?? 50 series, 60 series, 70's or 80 series tires?? Thanks
