I found the best way with these is to remove the arm from the car, apply some of the recommended lubricant, (the ones I use recommend Graphite grease) then with the trailing arm hole inclined about

I found that a small "bottle jack" can be used to push the old ones out and push the new ones in. Use the opposite "eye" to brace the base of the jack, and use a bolt in the bushing you are removing/
