If the B is like the Midget, The turn signals gets it's power thru the Hazard switch. When mine quite, I found that the problem was the Hazard switch itself. I pulled it out, carefully took it apart

If all the lights are coming on but not flashing then what you have is insufficient current draw in the circuit as a whole. This could well be due to one or more bad connections, including bad ground

Hazard flashes are designed to keep going no matter how many lights are out i.e. due to a shunt, they work to a different design and are not (well, much less, anyway) voltage and current sensitive. Y
