I'm trying to understand why you need a vapor seperator.... are you not returning unspent fuel to the tank? Do you think there is to much air in the fuel line and your trying to get that out of the e

round would be simplest as you can cap a piece of large diameter tubing around 4 or 5 inch OD. I don't think you need any baffles. Make sure you put the mechanical pump pickup in the bottom and have
