I made an adaptor for a standard engine stand that is 1/8" steel plate along the side of the engine that has holes mid way down from the pan (as seen from block upside down). I'm operating from memo

I just used the cheap Harbor Freight engine stand (same as Crash's?) and bolted to the alternator bracket holes with the stand's supplied "connector". No problem.

Funny how life is. I post pictures of a original 948cc motor and all anybody asks about is the engine stand. So I guess nobody cares that the engine has all the proper hoses, clamps, markings, lever
