Make a jumper to try the motor directly off the battery power and see if it turns, If the fan works then start working your way up stream. The other method is to check power at each of the components

No relay in 4-cylinder cars, only the V8. The feed comes off the fusebox on a white/brown, to an in-line fuse, onto a green (not the same green as at the fusebox) and to the rad switch. From the rad
