Jeff may have come across something that I was unaware of. If the ZS tool doesn't work and you have fixed jets, how was the carb adjusted at the factory? With manufacturing tolerances for both engine

I've apparently got the same sort of non-adjustable ZS carbs on my '70 GT-6. As far as I can tell there's no adjustment of the needle at all. You can adjust idle speed etc., but the mixture is fixed.
