Been there.. done that.. had a ring let go and pop out through the top of the piston one Friday, and being my only car at the time had to have it ready to go on a Monday. I had a spare block, w/ pist

One other problem is that the rods were put together as sets that were close in weight. When I replaced 1 rod that Mike Faggart sold me they told me it was lighter than the rest by several grams. The
