GREETINGS FELLOW CAR NUTS
I am in the process of repairing my J-type o/d myself. I know its risky.
But I am up for a challenge. Also my faith in rebuilt units is low. The
main case is already separated. Its fun.
Now I need help. There are two special tools needed to complete the
disassembly.
L 401 and L 178 A Does anybody know where I could find these tools, to buy
,rent or borrow.
The gearbox is next. I hear the syncros from Tiawan are NFG. Any real life
experiences?
