I had a similar problem with my TR6. Tracked it down (with some humbling
embarrassment) to having re-assembled the MC piston incorrectly.

Listers,

I just completed rebuilding the Master Cylinder and replacing the rubber
brake lines. I went to bleed the brakes only to find out that I can get
fluid out of the rear calipers but absolutely no fluid will come out of the
front. I checked to see if the PWDA was "decentralized" but the brake
warning light does not illuminate when the oil pressure wire is
disconnected. It will illuminate if I ground the wire. Can the master
cylinder pressurize one side and not the other?
