Jim,
I agree with the other replies, but if I remember right the front brakes
are fed from the larger reservoir in the back of the MC. Sounds like a
bad seal or perhaps a clog on the inlet side of the MC.
I know mine was really nasty after having sat for so long. It was, at
least for me, a cheaper, safer fix to get a new MC.

I just completed rebuilding the Master Cylinder and replacing the rubber
brake lines. I went to bleed the brakes only to find out that I can get
fluid out of the rear calipers but absolutely no fluid will come out of
the
front. I checked to see if the PWDA was "decentralized" but the brake
warning light does not illuminate when the oil pressure wire is
disconnected. It will illuminate if I ground the wire. Can the master
cylinder pressurize one side and not the other?
