Dave,

There was a thread some time ago about imbalance in the driveshaft causing a
vibration similar to what you are describing.

When all driveshafts were originally dynamically balanced at the factory at
least one balance weight was attached somewhere along the length of the
driveshaft.  It looks like a thin rectangular piece of metal.  Once balanced
any shift in the distribution of weight anywhere along the driveshaft will
cause a vibration.  A common cause is improper reassembly of the rear
sliding yoke of the driveshaft.  Check the position of the two driveshaft
yokes to one another.  They must be perfectly aligned with one another,
otherwise it will throw the balance off and create a vibration.
