Seat belts /visors

Would anyone who has installed retractable seat belts lately,  please
report on where they purchased and the level of satisfaction with the
product?  There's a  $40 price difference between  vendors that the picture
in the catalog does not justify.

Same with sun visor. The catalog pictures look as crappy as the one I have
hanging limply on the passenger side.
Any suggestions  would be appreciated.   And/or If anyone has anything
used/decent,  please let me know off-list.
