Dave,

I think that your estimation of the PSI that webers "like" is a bit on the
high side.  I have read several sources that state that webers should get
not more than 3.5 PSI of pressure.  To that end, I have the following setup
for my triple webers:

Fuel cell with dual pickups.
Dual Facet fuel pumps (one for each pickup) feeding a surge tank.
Holley "Red" fuel pump draws from the surge tank.
Fram HPG-1 Fuel Filter
Holley fuel pressure regulator set to 2.5 PSI
3/8" fuel lines
