3 - 5 is too much pressure for the Webers. You want 1.5 - 2 pounds.

There are a number of solutions, but for a street-driven TR6 (even with
the power that you report), a Facet "solid state" pump will work just
fine. If you do WOT driving for extended periods, the small Facet does not
have enough flow and you need to go to a higher rated pump (like a Holley
red-top).

The "quality fuel pressure regulator" is a bit more of a problem. Many
folks use the diaphragm type regulators. They work pretty well. BUT they
also seem to fail (diaphragm failures) and deliver crud into the fuel
stream. REAL regulators will have the ability to dump excess fuel back to
the tank - this requires mods to the fuel tank unless you happen to have a
tank for a PI TR6.

If you have $$$ in the budget, get a remote mount fuel pressure gauge so
you can get real-time fuel pressure while you are driving. Trust me,
you'll need it from time-to-time.
