Aaron-I had the same problem a of the horn blowing when moving the steering
wheel. It has been awhile and my memory is kind of vague, but I think it was
solved by adjusting the inner steering col.to prevent something from contacting
the outer col. Removing the horn and steering wheel is an easy job compared to
crawling under the dash and should make the cause of the problem easier to
spot Be sure to scribe a mark on the steering wheel and inner col. before
removing. The inner col. can be moved by loosening the clamp on the splined end.
