Couple thoughts...
In Kas' first comp prep book he recommended a residual pressure valve in
the line to the front brakes. Believe this was to prevent pedal loss
from rotor wobble during cornering, but could also prevent 'leak back'.
And a real SWAG ... Is it possible you tipping valve in the MC is not
tipping (or enough) and preventing fluid intake from the resivour and,
as a result, the MC in drawing fluid from the calipers?
