If the transmission Darcy is talking about rebuilding is not an overdrive type
you can probably get a good used one for a lot less than a major rebuild from
someone on this list who has converted to a Toyota 5 speed. For that matter
you may want to consider converting to a Toyota 5 speed instead of spending
big bucks for a transmission rebuild. Just my 2 cents worth.
