In my opinion yes.
Reason, you are adding air to the fluid.
(Haven't any high test beverage yet, I can still say it properly.)
When you bleed the brakes you are adding air into the lines, unless your
just topping up and then, it's not an issue as the air will slowly rise and
you always have an air pocket at the top of the reservoir.
