Rocky:

Sounds like an early cylinder on a later car, but what is the series?  Give
serial # if you don't know.

Many on the list may have rebuildable spares, and the price you quote should
be for NOS
or already rebuilt.

The fuel tanks do come out with panel removal, and probably should, since you
are likely going to have to clean and remove failed lining material.
