I have dealt with several sunbeam Suppliers in the UK having lived there. I
have never dealt with the company in question so I can not make a comment on
them. I have dealt with Alpine West Midlands, Speedy Spares, RJ Grimes plus
Classic Car Developments all of whom I would recommend.

There is a Trading standards organisation in the UK for consumer complaints.
I have used them while living in the UK. I am not sure how this would work
for someone from abroad.
