You might try either 165R13 or 165/80R13. They're a little taller, closer to
the original diameter. I had a set of 155/80R13s on my SerV until just
recently. Way too small in the wheelwell, just didn't look right. But they
were Continental whitewalls I put on 15 years ago, and they wouldn't wear
out! They're still not worn out, just cracking from age.

I'm experimenting this time (I've had my Alpine for 25 years, so I've
experimented from time to time!) with 175/70R14 tires on MGB wire wheels.
The original B wheels I got measure out at the exact same hub depth as the
Alpine wheels. Haven't got them on yet, but I'll let you know what I think
of them.
