Actually, that's not that bad if they're factory wheels. Last year when I
was shopping for inexpensive autox wheels I priced the factory 14"x6" alloys
for Neons thinking that they might be cheaper than aftermarket wheels. The
plain jane Neon alloys or the ACR wheels were priced just under $300 each.
My Neon R/T wheels were priced at $320 each!!!! And the polished R/T wheels
were $400 each. YIKES!!!!! For a Neon, not even an expensive car!!!
Needless to say I didn't buy those wheels but instead ordered a set of 4
American racing AR24 wheels for the grand total of just under $330 including
the governors share. I thought I could live with the, IMHO, not very
atractive looks for that kind of price difference.
