Hubcentric rings

I recently picked up a used set of TSW wheels for my CRX.  Three of 
them have rings pressed in them to make them hubcentric.  The fourth 
one is missing.  Can anyone tell me where to get a replacement?  I 
can't find anyone local that sells TSW, the parts stores send me to 
the tire stores, and the tire stores can't help me.
