I guess I need to be a little clearer.  I already leave the spare tire
in and a full tank of gas.  I want to add about 80-120 lb. extra. I may
try this out at our local non-SCCA club.  I think if its secured in the
trunk, they would let me try it but I am curious about how the rules
would apply.  I know that the default is that if it's not in the rules,
it's not allowed.
