In our experience, Yep! We run 13" slicks and have had that happen to us for 
years. We can put a set of Goodyears on the same wheels and have almost no 
leakage, then go back to Hoosiers and have them go flat overnight. So we know 
it's not the wheels. (Actually, have had the same results on 2 set of wheels 
too.)
