I aligned my `99 10th Anniversary Edition and achieved similar result for
the rear. On the front I can get 1/2 degree negative on the drivers side
and 3/4 degree negative on the passenger side. Your cars sounds like it
may have sustained some frame damage in an accident.

I tried to align my '99 Miata Sport tonight. (I bought the car used one
week ago). On the right front I could not get any negative camber. The
best I could do was about 3/8 degree positive. This was with both front and
rear adjusters on the lower control arm set fully outward. On the left
front I could get about 1/2 degree negative, and at the rear I could get a
little over 2 degrees negative. At the rear the right and left sides had
identical camber with the cam bolts set at the same settings, so the rear
lines up nicely, but I'm pretty bummed about having positive camber at the
right front.

Has anyone else seen this problem on a '99 Miata? I inspected everything
closely and nothing appears to be bent, but I can tell that the right front
of the car has been repainted at some point. Any suggestions on what I can
do?
