The LeMans also had a high performance version in the 1989 SE model. It had
a NA port FI version of the 2.0 liter SOHC from the turbo Sunbird in it.
(8.5 published 0-60 time from brochure). It also came with some sporty body
moldings. This model would have made a good candidate for the GRM $1500
challenge by bolting on the Sunbird turbo equipment.
