wheel spacers?

Trying to find 5mm/.25" wheels spacers for a 5x114.3mm (Type-R) - anyone
know of good sources?  I'm trying to stay away from the generic 'one size
fits all' ones if possible.  I know the H&R ones are available - just
wondering if others are as well.
