Section 4.9 of the SCCA solo rulebook states:
"Any competitor with a known medical condition (including pregnancy)
which could affect their ability to compete, may do so only with the
concurrence of their personal physician"

Unfortunately, your dad's personal physician may have no idea what kinds
of stress autoxing may exert but if there are any MDs on the list maybe
they could help out.
