SCCA Prepared list

The SCCAPrepared@egroups.com site was inadvertantly set 
up as a non-public site, which means membership by invitation
only.

That oversight has been corrected, so once again I invite any Prepared
Catagory competitors, or those that are interested in going to
the Prepared catagory to take advantage of the opportunity to
openly communicate with other P drivers, and the PAC.
