Since this isn't the unofficial SCCA list - rather it is an autox
list for ALL autocrossers - , the option you forgot is: Join and
participate with another organization (several mentioned in recent
posts). Several even play in more than one arena.
Maybe you could find one that recognizes and actually pays the
expenses of those that give of themselves (that in itself might soften
"burnout"). One that answers correspondence - oops, we don't want
to go there - !
Anyway, the SCCA is not the only game in town - fortunately.
