Specifically, they appeared to run out of tickets at registration, so
that folks arriving Tuesday or Wednesday who had purchased tickets
didn't receive them.  IIRC Tom and Heather Holt got bitten by this and
had to scrounge tickets from other Spokes folks.  (Tom, you out there? 
Am I on the mark?)
