just '97 ACR neon stuff - delete keys work!

Hi Neon types,

Since the 911 motor became junk, my bad, the Neon is going back into Solo
service for a few events.

The car is stock except for a KN filter, Borla Exhast and Mopar motor
mounts. Tires are Dunlop DE60's with soft sidewalls. 1.75 Neg camber in
front, toe set at zero.

Advice requested on shock adjustment and tire pressures.
