How about Steven Spielberg's movie Duel?

Also, not exactly a classic, but interesting from historical perspective is the
George Lucas film "1:42.08 to Qualify" made while he was a student. The driver
in this short film is Pete Brock (of Shelby Daytona fame). Pete gave an
interesting narration of the film when he visited our club last year.
