Mark,

My interpertation of the announcement is that this is across the board, 
i.e. the
V710's are not eligible in any class.  This would be because the recall 
is being
done due to a perceived safety issue.  I too, like many other people 
have a full
set which I would like to continue to use, but cannot.  My personal 
opinin is these
tires would be fine for Solo 2 use, but I think the SCCA is making the 
right move
until this is cleared up. If an exception is to be made I would like to 
see it start
with SS! ;-)

I think that is the announcement was to exclude any classes it would 
explicitly
state that.  Of course, I've been wrong before.
