Whether you agree with every SEB decisions, do you really want the BOD to
constantly second guess?
Yes, as with all the committees (following the SCCA Bylaws and Operations
Manual) the BOD annually appoints the SEB and selects its Chairman. But to
say "approve or reject" makes it sound like there is some earlier formal
step in the process like a nominating committee. There isn't. This is a
BoD responsibility only.
