Suspension Setup Q

2 brief questions:

Where can I get my car corner weighed, preferably in Fremont or Pleasanton?

I installed Koni Sport shocks some time ago. I also installed new stock 
springs and rubber bits. Since then, the suspension appears to ride high. 
I've also been challenged in getting the top shock nut torqued to 
specification -- the shock shaft simply begins to rotate after about 40 
ft-lbs. Due to the recessed strut mounts, access is quite limited. Any 
thoughts?
