I haven't actually had this done (no point in doing it
with a Stock ride), but you might try C2 Automotive in
Oakland.  Check 'em out for alignment, too.

How long ago did you put them in?  When I put Koni
Sports on my Miata last December, the car rode a
little higher for about a week.  After that, it
settled back to stock height.

IIRC, Koni recommends torquing the top nut to 37
lb-ft.  Part of the problem with a Miata (yes, I know
you don't drive one, but this might apply to your car
as well :) is that you have to drill out the hole in
the top mount.  I have one that spun after about 30
lb-ft.
