Section 13 states the following: "Option package conversions may be
performed between specific vehicles of a particular make and model, but only
between configurations from within a particular model year. Such conversions
must be totally complete and the resultant car must meet all requirements of
this section."
My question is as follows: my car, an RX-7, comes with 16" wheels, unique to
its option package. Other RX-7's of the same year come with 15" wheels. Can
these smaller wheels be used on my RX-7, or would I have to perform a
complete option package conversion?
