My opinion is that the 16" wheels are OK assuming they are an option
from the factory rather than dealer-installed, based on the fact that the
wheel allowance says only that wheels the size of the largest available
from the factory are OK, without reference to any option package
restrictions.  In fact the actual wheels need not be a factory option at
all,
just the size of a factory option -- after market wheels are OK.
