David's 3.8 lbs/hp really did make his car faster than mine at the one sac
event i drove it at.  he's got 40K miles on his car with the S/C, and 100K
on the short block and tranny.  it didnt seem overpowered to me and hooked
up despite having the IRS.

of course 800hp is overkill; even really mild mods will give me an extra 75
HP, good for 3.75 seconds to 60 (on good pavement), which seems to be close
to the limit of non-slicks traction.  nevermind i cant stop, turn, or see
when i am driving it :)

BTW, i read the S7 uses a small block ford windsor stroked to 427 (in
aluminum though). pushrods!
