I did the same thing in my Mustang but noticed them very quickly.  Small
problems turn into big problems for a heavy Mustang on Autocross courses.  I
have asked everyone I can think of and not one person had ever heard of it
happening.  Let me know if you get the same response.  Not that it would help
me.  Since then I have bought new mounts and talked someone into modifying a
new pair to be stronger.  Good luck.
