How about the OSP PAX for '02. I think it's fine right where it is. For
instance, at the EJBMWS Round 5, top PAX was Rick Gould, at 47.700. PAX of
0.844 = 40.259
Chris Cox had a raw time of 46.571 in the same car which would have been a
PAX time of 39.505. To equal that, with a PAX of .855, OSP would have needed
a time of 45.972... Given OSP's allowances, that doesn't seem unfair to me...

If we use 2002 PAX/RTP, Chris's PAX (raw) time = 39.213, Rick's winning PAX
time is 40.163.

OSP @ .855 to equal Chris's time needs a 45.863.  Still a reasonable
expectation. think of it this way... What would Barry Spencer's car on DOT
tires do? THAT'S your properly prepared OSP car...
