As I recall there are 4 rules:
1: Stock body, but you can beat on it as much as you want.
2. DOT tires on any size rims.
3. It must have been licensed or licensable at some time in its
history.
4. The engine can be anything you want it to be.
Double check the above with the official rules.
Just about any car you can think of will fit.
The dominant car was Jack Van Wettering's VW Bug with its Porsche engine.
However, since Jack moved from San Jose to Oregon he doesn't come by as
often as previously.
